“Spring is in the Air” and we are busy rehearsing for our Spring show, “Showcase”. This is a chance for our members to show you their fantastic talent in an evening of cabaret.
The performances are on 19th, 20th, 25th, 26th and 27th May 2012. Tickets will be on sale shortly at Goodworth Clatford Village Stores and Waterstones. Alternatively, you can contact us at melbroadhurst@yahoo.co.uk or bvpwebmail@gmail.com.
Andy Poore is normally known for his acting skills but he’s bravely directing us in Showcase (it’s a bit like herding cats)! There’s a Vicar of Dibley sketch and a scary vampire short play. The show also includes some well known songs from Oliver, The Lion King, Guns N' Roses, Abba and No Doubt among others and even some Lady Gaga and Jesse J from our younger members. Anna Dowsett and Glynn Lindley are providing musical direction and Louise Ray choreography.
It’s going to be a great event and we would love to see you; come along and join in the fun.
